App to get the PA rating of your CPU?

I was wondering if there an application that will formulate the PA rating from an OVERCLOCKED athlon processor?

That prog gives values in xp numbers.
Sisoft is a little more accurate. It says my venice 3200 @ 2,5ghz, with a 208 membus has an estimated performance rating of 3750. Your system calls it an xp4100
