NT 4 enterprise upgrade

TO anyone that can help, can and how does one upgrade NT 4
enterprise edition to 2000 or 2003 server with CAL's.

You cannot upgrade Enterprise to standard, only form Enterprise to Advanced
server in this case. A reinstall is required.
