It sounds as if you got rid of some scenery recently.
Go to theFS scenery.cfg file and open it. Find the lines for area 107 and
delete them. The scenery is no longer there to be called.

What has happened is that you have installed some addon scenery and it is
either missing or in the wrong place.
Go to your main FS2004 directory and open the folder scenery.cfg.Scroll down
to scenery area 107 and check the path to see if correct.
eg
[Area.107]
Title=Lodge
Local=Addon Scenery\Lodge <--- Check that this scenery folder exists and
has correct subfolders
Remote=
Active=TRUE
Required=FALSE
Layer=100
