More Information

First post here, i've been looking for a forum like this for a few days.
Ok so i bought this board with a athlon 3700+ san d.
I need some decent ram for it. I'm not sure what the best would be.
I want good ram for gaming, but at a good price. I only have 512 of kingston from my older puter. I took that out and tried my cousins CORSAIR value ram, (2 X 512) and it wasnt running all that much better. I mean there was a diff, and games ran a little better and faster. But i just want a little bit better ram then that. Any suggestions? I'd like to keep it under $175.00, actually more like $150.00. And i need a gig. :)
Thank you.
