I want to upgrade my system to a New MotherBoard and Processor. I have the full Retail version of Windows 7 64Bit. Anyway two questions I have

1) Do I need to buy a new Windows 7 licence or will it Activate OK when I install the new MotherBoard

2) Do I need to re-install Windows 7 or will it just be a case of installing the new chipset drivers etc

I'm grateful for your answers, Thankyou

You can reuse your current license just fine. You should try the swap first, Win 7 is better about accommodating system changes than previous versions. You will have to re-activate (possibly even the manual method), but that isn't a big deal either.
