I am having Windows NT 4.0 (US English) workstation
installed. I tried to add Multilanguage support to the
OS. I followed the steps described in MSDN. After
installing I changed the regional setting options to
Arabic (Egypt). The OS doesn't reflect the changes well
now. Task bar is not displaying date properly. It
displays a pipe ("|") character. Interestingly tool tip
on the taskbar date control is displayed correctly. I
went through the Regional Settings fonts, date, etc.,
options which is not set properly. Is there any fix
available to this problem?
