How to rotate images or whole screen?

Hey guys Im wondering if there's a way I can rotate an image I open up in a new tab IN my browser (Google Chrome), not downloading then rotating, I just wanna be able to rotate an image, or maybe the whole page? Im using Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

You can probably do it in your drivers. I'm pretty sure I've seen a rotate option in my ATI drivers. It would do it for the whole computer, so probably more trouble then its worth. If its a jpg your better off just download the pic and rotating it in your viewer.
