Scanmaker 3700 drivers for windows 7

Looking to see if there are drivers for Microtek Scanmaker 3700 scanner available for Windows 7 operating system. Reckon its impossible.

hi COLGeeK - agreed an oldie - just wondered if the manufacturers are likely to produce updated software. But let's get real - the bast***s want me to consume and its not in their interest to produce a driver that would stop the likes of me consuming another scanner. Yet I have the last laugh - I wont buy another from Microtek on principal even though all manufacturers are working on the same lines ... screw the consumer. Best bet is to stay with older systems and not update too much.

I hear you. I have a couple of old scanners that don't work with Win 7.

However, there is a product, Vuescan, that does work with older systems. Link is below.

I have used the trial version to some success. You can some/most functionality, but you will need the paid for version.
