you should not have any interference, unless you have some crappy stuff in your computer. But from my own experience, with many tuner installed on many computer with many brand of video card, I still have to have one problem. The biggest problem was with older video card, that don't support overlay. but that's not your case.

Yes, as long as the PCI card is fairly new or very well supported by built-in drivers. Bad drivers are the only reason this configuration fails on some systems.
