What are the advantages and disadvantages of using NET
TIME in Winnt 4.0 Server environment?

As opposed to what? We synch one of W2K servers to a corporate time
server using net time and then we synch the NT4 PDC to this machine
using net time and then all other machines (NT4 through XP) synch
against the domain using net time.
