Description: The previous system shutdown at time on date
was unexpected.

I've checked the knowledge base which has stated a fix for
this was in service pack 6 although this is installed, but
there is no other solutions available... any ideas?
Thanks

This is usually caused by a power failure or someone hitting the power
button before the system is ready to shutdown. There is no way for us to
tell you why. Does this happen a lot? Is there any other Events that
correspond to the same time frame like a Save Dump?
