Hi

I'm looking for a motherboard that will be suitable for the AMD X2 3800+... it also has to support AGP.

Also if possible have Daul LAN and SATA 2 support.

I know about the asrock 939Dual-SATA2 found here...

http://www.asrock.com/product/prod [...] -SATA2.htm

but was looking for something better branded Asus/MSI/DFI etc

Any ideas ???

TIA

This board has everything you're looking for except dual LAN:

It can be bought here for $61:

Did you know that ASRock is a division of Asus? So, the ASRock IS a better brand - nothing like Foxconn, ECS, Biostar, etc. (though to their benefit they all make good products)

Mike.

If you plan on overclocking, get the MSI K8N Neo2-F (A.K.A. Platinum) as it is a well know board with a huge knowledgebase.

If you don't care about overclocking, get the asrock.

Not that the asrock won't OC as far as the Neo2 would, it is just that the Neo2 was (and still is) insanely popular with overclockers, making it easy to find a lot of tips, tweaks and modded BIOS files everywhere on the 'net.
