Change from 64 to 32 bit in order to install adobie flash player 10

I changed to Windows 9, I then changed back to 8, but my browser is still 64 bits. I apparently deleted the old 32 bit browser when I changed over. Your assistance is appreciated

  1. The 32 bit version of Adobe flash player should work fine with IE 9. (works fine with 64 bit FireFox...)
