The "My Documents" folder has disappeared from ALL
profiles on the local machine. I have checked the machine
for virus and any other malware and it has come up clean.
The only thing that was done prior to the disappearance of
the folder(s) was a new user was created on the NT 4.0 DC
and then logged into the machine. From that point on all
instances of "My Documents" in the
C:\\Winnt\profiles\<profile name> has disappeared. I have
also checked the recycle bins on all profiles and they are
empty and have NOT been emptied since the new user was
created and logged into this particular machine. Lastly
all profiles are local. Thanks in advance for any help.
