I recommend you move up to K6-2 400's. These can work on your board at 2.8v core or less with good cooling. 2x is interpreted as 6x by the CPU, so if you're limited to 66MHz bus speed, 6x66.6=400. You can find these CPU's on Pricewatch and at various venders including Compgeeks. You can underclock a faster CPU if needed.
