TCP/IP errors

Hi there,

I am getting this error. What shall I do? It happens once in a while but a
warning described below (on the same computer) comes up almost every 10
seconds. Please help.

My system is Win2K Pro. I have a cable connection to the web.

First error:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Tcpip
Event Category: None
Event ID: 4199
User: N/A
Description:
The system detected an address conflict for IP address 192.168.1.101 with
the system having network hardware address 00:0C:F1:4E0:10. Network
operations on this system may be disrupted as a result.

Do you have another computer connected to your DSL router? I am assuming you
have a DSL router because the IP address is a private one. Maybe you
hardcoded the IP on one system and left DHCP enabled on the router.
