4200 vs 7200 rpm HDD: noticeable difference?

My notebook has a Pentium M 745 1800 MHz CPU and 1.5GB RAM.

Can I expect to see any real noticeable performance increase if I upgrade my 80 MB 4200 rpm HDD, to a 60 MB 7200 rpm HDD?
