Running VB script on a an NT4 machine

I tried to run a VB script on an NT4 machine and it did not recognize the
..vbs file.
The same on works file on a XP one.
What Am I missing here?

Windows Scripting Host may not have been installed when Windows was
installed, applying the above should fix that situation?
