Time Synchronize NT Server?

What's the best way to synchronize the system time on an NT Server to an
in-house atomic clock device?
Windows 2000 has the Windows Time Service (w32time) based on SNTP and which
is simple to use and works beautifully.
It can just be pointed to the IP of the atomic clock.
The w32time written for NT from the NT Resource Kit is much clunkier.
Is there a free utitliy out there that can 1) run as a service 2) be pointed
to the IP of the atomic clock and 3) has an easy way to verify the success
of the time synchronization?

Many thanks,

JayH

There is, indeed, a free utility published by the NIST that you can get from
here:

http://www.boulder.nist.gov/timefreq/service/its.htm
NIST Internet Time Service

The current version will run as a service under NT4.
