Which card should a 3d max user buy?

Hi, I'm from Taiwan. I'm currently looking at buying a new graphic card, and I'm using 3d max and Zbrush. I would like to know which card should I buy, and please give me some advice. THX

That video card will perform like a dog in 3dsmax.

You should be looking at the nVidia Quadro FX line up or the ATI FireGL line up. Those cards' drivers are optimized for that software.

If you're on a budget, a good midrange Nvidia card will do the job. A 6800 or 6600 based card is a good choice, Nvidia's Geforce drivers are pretty darn stable in MAX.

Ati's OpenGL driver's aren't that great in pro apps though. I'd still steer clear of them if you're a serious MAX user.
