I'm running a NT 4.0 web server, although that is probably besides the point.
Occassionally I have to Post a word .doc file that must be completely
screwed on the other end, but I have to post it and have no choice. It is
periodically updated, and so must be deleted for the new version. I cannot
delete it! I cannot rename it, I cannot rename a folder above it. It is
completely locked out. When you try, it says the file may still be in use,
or access denied. The permissions are open, and it is not being used
anywhere that I can tell. I've heard NT is bad about the pointer file or
whats it called doing things like this.
