License Service Event ID 201

Running NT 4.0 SP6. Recently started seeing event logs about the licensing
service.

Event ID 201: No License Was Available for User Using Product SMB Server 4.0.

Any clues why now after 5 uneventful years we are seeing this problem.
This box is our BDC and printer server. It's preventing users from
printing.

I'm surprised you still have the license logging service running; it has
always had problems and makes LOTS of mistakes. The usual fix is to turn
the service off and forget to ever turn it back on again.
