it is free if i buy 7800gt from newegg.

i am planning to use it with athlon 64 X2 3800.

if not what is the best board for 7800gt/gtx?

actually that's a really fast, stable board. It doesn't have the best set of overclocking features, nor dual LAN, nor IEEE1394 Firewire support, but as a far as being a fast board it's great!

If you don't want the board, send it to me.
