Go with GTO and hope to unlock it get the 6800 GS and overclock the crap out of it?

GS. Word I've heard is new GTO's can't be unlocked... or at least they're having less success.

The GTO2 can be flashed, the regular GTO's cannot.

6800 has pixleshader 3.0, x800 doesn't. Go with the 6800.

but the 6800 is more future proof, plus youd have to buy the x800GTO2 to maybe have the chance to unlock it.

The GTO2 can be unlocked the GTO only from conect D and noot any more but anyway it kick the hell of the 6800gs ass

I've successfully unlocked and overclocked my GTO2 to X850XT PE specs using this guide. It should have links to the BIOS, flash program, and other useful information.
