Hardware Requitment Limitation

What is Windows NT 4.0 Workstation hardware requitment limitation? I try to
install it at a Pc with 2.8GHz CPU and 512MB DDR333, but it can't finish
installation.

You problem is probably with the hard drive/controller card- NT needs
specific drivers for the card you have that need to be loaded.
