Success with oc'ing 4000+, and 3800x2

Hi, im wondering what people's expierence has been with oc'ing the 4000+ and x2 3800. How high have you oc'd it? How stable is it? What settings work best and so forth. Im debating on either of these chips and cant decide. Thanks.
