I want to purchase an iPAQ H4150 and wish to be able to sync with Outlook on
my PC. Is the size of the pst file an issue? I have several different
contact lists and also several calendars and task lists, and it is these I
want to sync onto the PDA. Without any emails I have compacted the pst to
68MB, but will I have a problem as the RAM on the 4150 is 64MB? Will there
also be a problem with the multiple contacts/calendar etc? If I need 3rd
party software can anyone recommend. Thanks for any help you can offer.

We use Pumatech's Intellisync at work to sync multiple calendar's to a PPC.
With regards to the size of your email ... you can set the number of email
to Most recent X-# of days. I've seen an application called Agenda Fusion
to manage email but I haven't used it
Bye

The agenda fusion I mentioned doesn't manage email ... but rather manages
the calendar.

Thanks for the reply Ann, but I don't want to have any emails on the PPC, I
just want the contacts/calendar/tasks and these files alone in Outlook are
68MB. Is this too large for a PPC to cope with? smg

Not at all - the .PST file isn' transferred en masse to your PPC,
Activesync synchronises your Appointments, Tasks, Contacts etc.
at a record level, so the space occupied on your PPC will be way
less than 68MB.
Multiple Calendars are not supported natively by Activesync and/or Pocket
PC,
neither are multiple Task and Contacts lists. All that will sync will be
your
main (default) lists - you'll need to either merge all your lists into one
(i.e., one Tasks list, one Calendar, one Contacts list etc.) and file by
Category, or you'll need to investigate third-party syncing software,
or a third-party PIM app such as Pocket On-Schedule (www.odysseyinc.com)
