what mobo should i get...

i have a 478 pin cpu and im looking to upgrade to pci express and dont feel like buying a new processor i cant find a mobo that supports pci express and has a 478 chipset... any thoughts?
ive have been told that the 478 pin also fits in a 775 socket

PCI-e is not available in any form or fashion on Socket 478.
And whoever told you that 478pin fits LGA775 is a retard. It does not fit. They're completely different sockets. LGA775 doesn't even have pins.
