Power supply Fans

I had a fan go bad in my power supply last night. The problem is that it is about 16mm wide compared to the normal 25mm wide fan.

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement that will fit?? The normal 25mm fan is too large because it hits the 120mm fan that sits on top of the psu.

FYI this is an 80X80 mm fan thats about 16mm wide

I need it asap.
