Should av8 and ocz work?

I just bought some ocz dual pc3200 400ddr titanium ram, but i cant get it to work on my board! Are these 2 compatible wit each other? :? Sometimes it starts then sometimes it just beeps and doesnt turn on. also when it does turn on, i try to play battlefield2 but after like a couple mins it turn the game off! :?

Hello,

Did you check to make sure there's enough voltage for the ram? Or, have you tested the ram on another system to see if they are deffective or not?

I dont have another system which to check the ram out on.
