This new system won't play video with any application. The Gigabyte utility say the AGP is only at 4X. ( I'm sure it should be 8X) When a video or DVD tries to play it really jams up everything and usually needs to have the task ended before the system frees up again. I'm just downloading the latest Nvidie drivers as we speak and will try them out and see how it goes.

One other question what is the ideal setting in BIOS for the bit rate for AGP it can be 32 64 128 265 or 512 . I've had it at 128 and 256 with the same result.

The NVidia drivers have resolved all problems and the video is fantastic now. The driver is 81.95_forceware_winxp2k_english_whql.
