They urge you to register, flood you with promotions but do not , in my
experience, ever respond to technical support requests.

Especially if it involves yet another burnt out print-head. Do they really
believe that they have no obligation to support their loyal customers, many
of whom post regularly in this NG.

Has anybody cracked the Canon Berlin Wall?
