Hi,

All the documents on a particular print queue are printing
in Portrait and I want to change that to Landscape. Do
anybody know how to do that? Please explain from start
assuming I am a novice.

Thanks

1: the paper orientation may be saved together with the document.

2: When you print from the File/Print menu the software always displays the
default setting starting Print Dialog Page.

On this page you may want to check the setting and may do any changes you
want for this document.

3: You may right click on the printer queue (from Printers & Faxes window)
and select Properties from the menu list. Now you may activate Printing
Preferences dialog page and do any changes and save them as your preferences
for this particular printer.

Hello Zenon. I have WIN NT and cannot change the orientation of a document to
landscape. For some reason whatever I do it always stays as portrait. I have
checked all the applications. Printer drivers are correct too. But I can
change it to landscape. If I look at the page setup, it says that Landscape
is selected, but the print preview shows it as portrait??????? Any help would
be great. Thanks.
