Installed a 235CFM/ 172mm FAN=6.75in

Hey just did a case mod with a 235cfm/172mm Fan. Had issues with proper air flow inside case. Reason I had such bad airflow was 1st... I didn't have good cable management...reason 2... cheap 80mm fans didn't do much and where restricted badly!
Solution... cleaned up the cables and routed them to maxize airflow in case.
2.. Installed this monster fan...at 2900rpm it pulls 235cfm off of 12vdc and 2.29 amps. Its loud at full speed about 54-55db but it has a speed control on motor so I wired it up to a reostat and BAM quiet and I would say it draws half cfm at lowest setting and its very quiet. But at full speed it will stop all the other fans inside case except for cpu fan...

other places online are askin about $50-$85 bones but I picked my up for $25 even to include shipping from ALLELECTRONICS!
which is a case moders heaven for hard to find stuff you can't find at Radio Shack!!

BTW.... Before I installed this fan and cleaned up the cables in the case
the GPU and Cpu where... 46c GPU and 40c CPu idle/ 68c Gpu and 48 CPU load..room temp @ 75F
now with clean up and this fan at full speed its 35c GPU and 25c CPU idle/ 52c Gpu and 36 CPU at load
