What is the normal recommended tempature for the 6800 Ultra?

I have a Club-3D GeForce 6800 ultra AGP card. What's the card recommended tempature while there's no game/3D app runing? And what is the max & safest tempature for this card while playing 3D games?

um, I think you mean temperature (in case you're planning on googling with that term )...and your cards manufacturer should probably have something about the optimal temperature on their website or else you may find that information at NVidia's website.
