Performance drop with memory divider?

Hay folks, I got something for ya. I am running a ASRock 939 Dual SATA II m/b with a San Diego 3700+ o/c'd to 2.83 ghz...2 gigs of Crucial value memory, pc3200 at 2.5 cas latency. Windows XP Pro with a BFG 6800FT oc..now, because I am overclocking my CPU to FX-57 speeds, I am running my 2 gigs of RAM on a divider...basically I am running it at 333 in the bios..though the ram is actually running at 402 mhz because of the overclock. Is that causing any decrease in 3d-gaming performance because I am running my memory on a divider? I can play half-life 2 and Doom 3 at 1600x1200 with all of the settings max and get pretty good frame rates, but other games are so so..I am playing Call of Duty II right now at 1280x1024 with some stuff turned down and it is still demanding..smooth but not as smooth as I would like...any other people here play that game??? My PC Mark 04 score is 5624, so my system benches decently. I would love to get ahold of some quality pc4000 memory so I could run my memory at 1:1, but it would be like 480 mhz memory speed. Whadya think?

Gamer Guy.....give me a joystick..I won't come out for weeks.....

No, AMD64 doesn't get any performance hit from running the memory async. Your video card is the bottleneck in your system. CoD2 uses requires a top-of-the-line card to run smoothly at the higher settings.
