I have an NT machine on a corporate network. It accesses the network and
internet just fine via 10baseT. However, it had a modem removed at some
point in its life which is fine because I do not need one.

I do get 20032 and 7024 errors in the event log as well as prompts about a
service failed during startup. I checked the services via the control panel:

Remote Access Autodial Manager --------- Manual
Remote Access Connection Manager ------ Manual
Remote Access Server --------------------- Manual

If I don't need a modem, should I remove RAS? If so, how?

If I need it, should I re-install it? If so, how?
I understand that NT has little or no plug-n-play support, so a re-install
may not help.

Regards,
Jim
