Torn between two options.. please help

gunna get the good communitys opinion on this one.. heres the two psu's im considering buying please tell me which best fits my needs.. heres my system, i want the one thats gunna be STABLE and reliable. My system is:

Pentium 4 3.0 prescott
ati radeon 256mb agp
4 X 512 kingston ram
Gigabyte motherboard
80 gig hd
cd-rw

I differ with Rich, I consider it not a big deal to have 1 or 2 12v rails - 2x12v @ 16A+ or 1x12V @ 20A+ makes for stable enough power. Intel updated their spec in the fall and dual rail wasn't a requirement any more.

Many times what the engineers (using the term loosely in this case) did was make a single large 12v source of power, then split it with 2 current limiters - so its still 1 12v line and a spike on 1 will effect the other. I would hope not everyone did this but...

That kinda reminds me of Mozz...he watercools, but custom made his cooling systems. Ran one of his rigs over to a freezer and then had copper tubing coiled in there....crazy bastage. :lol:
