SeaSonic 600w causing power trouble to VC

I went ahead and purchased the s12 Seasonic 600w PSU. To help power issues with my BFG 6800 Ultra OC. The reason was for the Insufficiant power getting to the card (Kept getting the power error message). I used the horrible x-connect Ultra 500w before, and thought this would definately solve any power issues. Once purchased I cleaned, and reinstalled all the internal components. Yet I still get the message now. I'm very carfeul with connections, and such. I double and sometimes triple check.....After having this for about 2-3 months I'm getting the same error all of a sudden. I OC sometimes, and sometimes I don't (VideoCard). I'm just boggled why this card is still getting insufficiant power. I have 3 led fans, and 2 cd drives.......and what not....nothing over the top....I also used the Wattage calculator, and I'm well over my threshold......weird....anyone experience something crazy like this and find a stupid fix for it?
