please help 6800GT and nvs quadro code 12 error?

hi,

i have been battling with a problem for a few days now.

i have a msi k8n neo socket 754 amd 62 with a agp 6800gt installed, i use dual monitors and the tv out for media center.

i bought the nvidia quadro nvs 400 pci card to add to my machine as i wanted to use 4 monitors but i also wanted to use the 6800gt for games and media center (tv out).

now my problem is i cant get them to work together, the quadro card works great on its own, but add it when the 6800gt is in i get a code 12 in device manager on the 6800gt. "irq, memory conflict".

i have searched high and low for a soloution to get them both up and running to no avail.

any help would be greatfully appreciated,
