I am having problems with browsing a certain subnet on our
network. Out of 6 subnets it is the only one not showing
up in the network browser. All machines connected to this
subnet are not showing up. I have verified that they are
registered in the WINS database, and have stopped and
started the WINS service with no luck. I have ran NBTSTAT -
RR a few of the machines that are on that subnet and also
rebooted them and still no luck. We had this problem about
a month ago with the same subnet but it cleared up on its
own within a couple of days. the DNS names are registered
and I can ping them without any issues. I dont understand
how all other subnets can be working and this one not.
The problem subnet is 25.0
The WINS server is on 20.0
Even on a server that is on the 25 side I can not browse
anything on the 25 subnet.
Any ideas?
