Random System Lock up in 3DMark05

I just built a new system and I tried benchmarking it in 3DMark05 but it locks up. I honestly dont know if its a Mobo problem or what. It runs NFS Most Wanted and Lineage 2 fine but 3dMark05 freezes.

GTX and CPU are WC'd with Koolance Exos 2 and all drivers are up to date.

Its been fixed.... I had to look long and hard in the bios to find out how to change the memory timings to 2T from the 1T they were forced to.
