I have reinstalled winxppro with sp1 only + some patches, after having tried
sp2 and been blocked normal operation.

I have following problem:

Whenever I do a could boot I can connect by modem to my isp, I do succesfull
pings, but I cannot receive any data through IE6 nor OE6 nor Outlook 2003.

I have found a tip to a workaround in a forum that makes me do a tcpip
reset by running netsh "tcpipreset.txt" and then reboot. That does the
trick, but I must now always run the netsh before shutdown in order to work
on next boot.

Any help on this problem please ?!
