Hi there,

I am getting this error. What shall I do? It happens once in a while but a
warning described below (on the same computer) comes up almost every 10
seconds. Please help.

My system is Win2K Pro. I have a cable connection to the web.

First error:

Event ID: 4199

Is this machine connected to the internet through another device? a cable
modem perhaps? the address you have configured on your box in conflicting
with ahother PC/network device; if it is a static address you might want to
consider changing it or enabling DHCP on that interface and your cable
modem/router.
