More Information

ive never done raid before, but want to, looking for the best performance, hoping i can get a general nudge int he right direction.

so far im thinking of using 74gb raptors, i believe Raid 0 is the best setup for performance but im not sure.

looking for finer details, like how many drives, just 2, more? would a combination raid be better or just one or the other

sorry if i sound incoherent or retarded ha, i dont understand raid very well at all, altho it seems pretty straight forward i seem to grasp some of the basic theorys of it.
