WINS event ID 4141 In event logs

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsnt.protocol.tcpip (More info?)

Question:

How do you convert the dwords in the event log message into an IP address?

In the event log, the message states something like you can find the node
address in the 2nd and 3rd dwords of the message, to find what node that is
causing the error.

Thanks

    Yes, open the Windows calculator and click on view /
    scientific to change the calculator to scientific mode.
    Next click Hex then input each octet then click on Dec
    to convert the data from hexidecimal to decimal e.g.,
    decimal: 207.106.32.5 =
    hex:: CF 6A 20 5
