Problem with tool bar

Whenever I start my system the bar above my address box is
missing. That is the line with Back, forward, stop, media,
history etc. How do I get this line back. I try F11 but it
only appears temporily. Thanks. How do i get it back to
its permanent statue.

It is pretty simple.
While you have the Internet Explore going just go to
View/Toolbars/ Then select what ever you want it to show
at top.
