Today in the mail I got a Corsair TWINX2048-3500LLPRO / DDR-434 (XMS-3500LL) / 2-3-2-6 and I have a Asus A8N SLI Premium Motherboard. If this helps I have a Athlon 64 X2 3800+ too.

I have always used the auto for ram in the bios but I think the latency is not right this time. I have a pic of my ram settings so someone can tell me if this is right.

I have it on auto now. But is the manual right? If not what should it be?

Try those "spd" settings in manual mode. Alot of memory won't run at the recommended settings from the manufacturer. It all depends on the board and the voltage setting.

I had zcpu help a lot. I found what the 2-3-2-6 are and I'm running at that. I can't go over 400Mhz b/c thats my cpu fsb. My ram on there site is 2-3-2-6 1T. So what's the 1T? Is it the Memory Timing (2T or 1T)?

Think I can run the others lower? Like the Row cycle time, Row refresh cyc time, Read-to-Write, and Write Recover Time?

The 1T / 2T is the command timing. A good link I found on this is here. A lower command timing is better as it reduces effective latency. However, it seems the command timing actually used is more a memory controller issue than a RAM issue; in some cases chipsets require higher timings with more than 4 banks.
