2 new hard drives

I just got two new hard drives for christmas, both are WD, one is a 120 and the other is a 250. Right now I have a WD 120. I am not sure what would be a good way to use all three drives. I am going to use my computer for animation what is the best way to set them up.

what you could do is transfer all of your current items on the 120 you are using to the 250, wipe the old drive, and put the 2x120's in a raid 0 config, then transfer back your os to the raided hd's for faster start up and other programs if you want and just use the 250 for extra storage space.
