How good is the ASROCK K8 VM800 mobo? is it very OC friendly? (I'm an extremely low budget guy )

I have the same chipset on my ecs board. Expect only a 10% overclocking range. I can run it at 220, but don't bother. It's not enough to worry about (stability).

I think 220 is enough 4 my plans (Sempon 3000 palermo @ 215 is the minimum I expect to do), my goal is 2150Mhz without increasing V above1.425 AND withot buying additional cooling devices.
